• Designed and developed Salesforce Liveagent Rocket.Chat Omnichannel Integration app using initial brief.
• Produced prototype to demonstrate core functionality at various development stages.
• Used Agile development methodologies as part of continual software evolution and innovation.

Worked with the Rocket.Chat's core team in a 3-month contract to develop innovative new user experiences in Voice-based ecosystems for Rocket Chat.

• Delivered projects such as RC Alexa Skill and Google Action and also additional voice projects that were out of the decided roadmap.
